Relief Care Support Services Limited operates in two distinct ways depending on the arrangement agreed with the client:
Recruitment and Placement
In some cases, Relief Care acts as a recruitment and placement agency. We source, vet, and introduce qualified candidates to households and organisations. In this arrangement, the employment relationship is directly between the client and the placed staff member once placement is confirmed.
Direct Employment and Household Management
In other cases, Relief Care directly employs domestic and care staff and provides them to client households on a managed basis. Under this arrangement, the client pays Relief Care directly for the service, and Relief Care takes full responsibility for staff supervision, conduct, and salary payment. This model is available for a range of services including:
- Caregiving and elderly care support
- Hospital sitting
- Housekeeping and cleaning
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Errands and escort services
- Laundry and general domestic work
- Combined household worker packages
Under the managed service model, Relief Care remains the employer of record. We manage the staff member's welfare, conduct, and remuneration on your behalf, giving you a fully supervised and accountable domestic support arrangement without the complexity of direct employment.
Which model applies to you?

Client and applicant responsibilities
Clients agree to treat placed staff with dignity and pay agreed wages. Applicants agree to provide truthful information and conduct themselves professionally during placement.
Placement disclaimer
While we vet every candidate, we do not guarantee any particular outcome from a placement. Clients are encouraged to maintain ongoing supervision.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relief Care Support Services Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services.
